Skips Update
Due to access problems there will not be a skip located at the garages at Garden Village.

Community Skips
Four community skips will be available for public use on the weekend of Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th December 2021.
The skips will be located in the car park at St Mary's Walk, the parking area at Churchville House, the garages at Garden Village and turning head on West View.

New Council Member
The Parish Council welcomes Cllr Anne Robertson, who was co-opted to Micklefield Parish Council at its meeting held on Thursday 2nd December 2021.
The Parish Council now has its full complement of nine members.

Closure of Non-Definitive Footpath
Leeds City Council is closing the footpath from Church Lane to footpath no. 3 from Monday 1 November 2021 to Thursday 4 November 2021, at which time a Temporary Order will come into force extending the closure for a period of 6 months, or until the works are complete (whichever is the sooner)

Completion of annual financial audit
The audit of the Parish Councils accounts has been completed, with no issues raised. Copies of the audited annual governance and accountability return can be viewed on the website's finance pages.

Financial Audit 2021
The annual financial audit for the financial year ending 31st March 2021 is underway. The accounts have already undergone an internal audit (undertaken by Yorkshire Internal Audit Services) with no issues raised.
